Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping

 - Shipping Methods: We offer  standard shipping via courier services or own transport.

 - Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

 - Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are 48 hours. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.


2. Returns

 - Return Window: You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is defective.

 - Eligible Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

 - Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@myvetloyal.com. We will provide you with return instructions.

 - Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.

 - Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

 - Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange a return and re-order the desired item. This is provided at our discretion.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we may be able to assist you. Please contact us immediately.


5. Additional Notes

 - Custom Orders: Custom orders may not be eligible for return.

 - Sale Items: Sale items may have restrictions on returns or exchanges.
